Go run some tracks first, then assess what you need and improve it. You can't decide on a BBK solely on internet chatter with no personal experience and expect perfection. The BBK kit won't make you a better track driver.
What track experience do you have? Some, little, or none? I run at a small local track that is the hardest on brakes because of its numerous tight turns. Local Porsche guys burn through pads there as do Z club members with Stoptech ST-40 kits. The brake kits are fine, you need to choose proper pads and make decisions on what worked with your driving style and what didn't. You can't just magically make that decision through reading posts online.
I've also run at 4 bigger tracks in the Pacific Northwest, and at Laguna Seca. I never felt my 13" brakes were not up to snuff, only my experience.
